Dear ASMA MEHMOOD

The Higher Education Commission, Pakistan congratulates you for the award of a Laptop and accessories under the Prime Minister
Laptop Scheme, initiated as one of the schemes of Prime Ministers Youth Program. However, this award to you is subject to meetin
the criteria defined for the scheme as available at http://www.hec.gov.pk/laptops. Subject to all verification(s)/ scrutiny by th
university at the Distribution Desk on 12th June , 2015, you will be served by the university, or otherwise.

You will receive a Laptop (Haier brand) along with accessories, Backpack Bag (Haier brand), EVO Internet device (PTCL brand) and
Certificate of Award duly signed by the honorable Prime Minister, Islamic Republic of Pakistan. However, the EVO device an
Certificate issuance may be issued by the university on the same day or later, for which you will be informed by the university.

You are advised to collect your award on 12th June, 2015 from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Agriculture University

, Peshawar during 10 pm to 4 pm. However, please coordinate with your universitys focal person prior to visiting university for th
purpose. Moreover, students of campuses in other cities are advised to contact their university/ campus since they might have don
arrangements for distribution of laptops locally at their respective campuses.

Please ensure to bring two (02) copies of your own CNIC along with original Student Identity Card. You will be asked by the issuer t
sign a System Generated Acknowledgement Receipt (SGAR) (in duplicate to be retained by the university) as proof of issuance.

Please ensure your availability at the stipulated date and time at the venue. If you miss to collect your award or unable to visit on the
date and time. Please contact your university with in Ten (10) working days, after which you will be no more entitled of this
award,and student in waiting list shall be awarded such laptops.

In case you experience any difficulty, please contact your universitys focal person for the PMs Laptop Scheme, of which the details
are available at HEC website, i.e. http://www.hec.gov.pk/laptops
