MEDITECH EU FACILITY MEMBER

INVITATION TO ATTEND/PARTICIPATE

27th & 28th September 2017 Crowne Plaza Hotel, Liverpool

St Nicholas Place | Princes Dock | Liverpool L3 1QW| England

Dear MEDITECH EU Facility Member,

Please find details of the forthcoming MEDITECH Users Network (MUN EU) 2017 event.

The conference provides a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the MEDITECH solution directly
through Centennial MIT //MEDITECH representatives and also experience the software/hardware
offerings from other vendors which further enhance the use of your MEDITECH system (vendor booths in
the exhibition area and vendor presentations included in the agenda).

This year MUN is also thrilled to introduce a new Keynote Speaker to the conference. We are delighted to
welcome Helen Waters, Meditechs Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for her address on the
morning of day 1.

You will also be able to hear about implementations/solutions at other MEDITECH EU sites, directly from
key project staff, and also through end users. One of the greatest benefits of attending the conference
is the excellent opportunity to network with other MEDITECH EU sites & your peers, with the ability to
share experiences and ideas.

In addition to the formal agenda, there will also be an opportunity to meet vendors and socialise at the Wine
and Canap Event which will take place at 3:45pm on Wednesday 27th September 2017.

It is intended that the agenda for both days will be finalised and distributed before the end August 2017.
Keynote Speaker

Helen Waters is focused on listening to, acting on,

and delivering for the healthcare organizations she
serves. As executive vice president of sales and
marketing, she leverages her deep understanding
of customers needs and concerns to deploy a
more cohesive approach to communicating who
MEDITECH is as a companythroughout the
marketplace and around the world.

Previously in her role as vice president of the

5.x division, Ms. Waters was responsible for the

development, implementation, and service of our MAGIC and Client/Server customers as well as
our Home Care division in Atlanta. Ms. Waters also served previously as a regional sales director,
helping to solidify MEDITECHs presence in the Midwest sales region. In addition, she was the lead
sales contact for one of MEDITECHs largest customers, Hospital Corporation of America (HCA).
Throughout her career, Ms. Waters strong bonds with customers and dedication to exceptional
customer service have made her stand out from the pack.

Ms. Waters is always thinking of new ways to increase customer engagement, and to help
MEDITECH facilities make the most of their EHR solutions. Along with her executive vice president
peers and the CEO, Helen is helping to make strategic decisions that impact our future, leveraging
her experience and insights into both MEDITECH and the healthcare industry.
