PARTS AND ASSEMBLY
The Rio Solutions Super Suit is designed to be modular, meaning there are various
configurations to accommodate the users needs.

One possible configuration is shown below:

-3-
CONFIGURATION RECOMMENDATIONS
Rio Solutions recommends considering the following questions when choosing a
configuration:
1. How large is each piece of equipment?
2. Will I be able to reach all equipment easily?
3. Which equipment do I use the most?

As a general rule, vest attachments should be used as follows*:

Attachment Type Equipment Size Frequency of use

Retractable Clip Small High

Magnets Small-Medium High

Fixed Clip Medium-Large Medium

Velcro Large Low

*Users should pick attachments to best fulfill their unique equipment needs .
However, adhering to these guidelines maximizes suit capacity and longevity.

All potential configurations should be tested prior to use! See EQUIPMENT CHECK
PROCEDURE (pp. 5) for more information.

INSTRUCTIONS
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in equipment damage or
personal injury. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO USE!

2. Build desired configuration.

EQUIPMENT TEST PROCEDURE

The following procedure is designed to test the efficacy of your chosen
configuration as well as detect equipment failures BEFORE suit is in use. This
procedure should be performed regularly and whenever a new configuration is
implemented.

1. Visually inspect suit for signs of damage. Particularly straps and clips. Replace
any damaged equipment.
2. Attach all medical equipment to suit.
3. Ensure all equipment is within reach.
4. Ensure suit does not inhibit movement (walk, jog, stretch). If motion is inhibited or
equipment comes loose, consider a different configuration.
5. Lightly tug on all equipment to ensure it is attached firmly. If equipment comes
loose, clip or velcro needs to be replaced.
