Forfeitures hit poor, minority neighborhoods

A Nevada Policy Research Institute report released Wednesday shows two-thirds of Las
Vegas police forfeitures in fiscal year 2016 occurred in neighborhoods with higher rates of
poverty and nonwhite residents.
