TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT: Payments strictly within the calendar month following the month of purchase.
RISK AND OWNERSHIP: Risk passes on delivery but ownership rests with Pratley until the goods have been paid for in full.
RETURNS: We cannot accept goods returned without our prior consent and provided that such goods are as new and in current production.
A handling and inspection charge of 30% minimum will be raised on the invoice price at our discretion.
PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice. There is a nominal delivery charge of R50,00 (excluding VAT) per invoice for all
deliveries within the RSA. Air freight at customer's request, will be for customer's account.
STOCKS: Items listed in this Price List are normally available ex stock. Non stock items must be specially ordered 4 to 6 weeks in advance of
required date.
CATALOGUE NUMBERS: The catalogue numbers quoted in this Price List are computer code numbers and may be used for ordering without
requiring any further details.
DESPATCHES: We try to ensure that orders received by noon are despatched the following morning. Road transport collects from us each day
and delivers to addressees within the following 2-3 days. Our Despatch Department is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and 12:30 to 16:30 Mondays to
Thursdays and on Fridays from 08:00 to 13:00. It is closed on all Public Holidays.
