Manila. He was one of the member of the Group who was
awarded as Best Thesis Year 1995. He achieve his a
Masters and Doctors Degree at Far Eastern University
at a very Young Age and became a part time instructor
at FEU. He was also became a former Dean of College of
Engineering at Polytechnic University of the Philippines
for two consecutive terms. He was also belong to the Top
10 Best Quantity Surveyor of the Philippines from year
1999 -2004.

ENGR. WILMAR P. JUMAWID

Engineering at Polytechnic University of the Philippine Manila and
became the first Comlaude of the department of Civil engineering.
He was a Full time instructor at Polytechnic University of the
Philippines and a Part time Instructor at MEGAREVIEW one of the
Best Review Center of the Philippines in Civil Engineering. He has
been a long-standing member of Philippine Institute of Civil
Engineer (PICE).He was also a recipient of PICE recognition for
copping 3rd Place in 1996 Civil Engineers licensure Exam. For a
decade of teaching he decided to go to field and practice his
profession as civil engineer and later on became a General
Manager for Bicol Operations of Imperial Homes and Corporation
a leading provider of low-cost housing communities.

Philippine Manila. Luckily, after receiving his licensed as Civil engineer he started working outside the
country in different Engineering Firms. For a decade experienced outside the country, his was
exposed to wide variety of Techniques and Advanced Technologies used in developing different type
of infrastructures. He was one of the engineers who contributed on building one of the popular
projects, the White House of the United States of America. After many years, he decided to stay in
the Philippines and used his expertise to gained job in the Philippines.

and Registered Geodetic Engineer. Also, he was a
graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at
Polytechnic University of the Philippine Manila. He has
more than one decade experience in planning,
preparation of feasibility studies, detailed engineering
design and construction management of infrastructure
projects. Highly experienced in a wide range of civil
engineering planning design and construction
management for local government infrastructures and
utilities (roads, bridges, bus terminals, railroads, and
residential/commercial subdivision). He is also well
versed in structural design and investigation of medium
and high rise structures.

ENGR. COLENE C. GAMMAD

Engineering at Polytechnic University of the Philippine Manila. He
take his Masters Degree at University of Philippines Diliman. He
was a Department Chairperson of Civil Engineering and Regular
Part Time Instructor at Polytechnic University of the Philippine
Manila. He also owned PRECIOUS CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY AND
HARDWARE CORPORATION in different areas in Metro Manila.
He has over 20 years professional experience
principally in the development and implementation of a Quality
Assurance System engineering and operations management for
both manufacturing and construction industries. He has written
papers on Quality Control and co-author of various books. He has
been a resource person on several trainings and seminars on
Quality Assurance and Quality Management for various projects.

HISTORY
Year 2008 to Year 2013
Expanding its business on a global scale, STRUCTBUILD CONSTRUCTION
embarked on various construction projects overseas: Two general
hospitals in Iraq -- one in Najaf and another in Kadhimiya. At the same
time, MDC took on local projects such as the Alabang Twin Cinemas,
Makati Tuscany, as well as construction works inside the U.S. Bases in
Subic, Olongapo and Clark, Pampanga.
Year 2013
In 2013, STRUCTBUILD CONSTRUCTION celebrated its 20th year in the
business. Looking back at all the challenges and enriching experiences
that have made SBCDC what it is today, the company continues to move
forward as it strives for construction and service excellence.
Year 2013 to PRESENT
In its quest for excellence and fulfillment of the passion for building,
STRUCTBUILD CONSTRUCTION has continually enriched its archive of
completed and on-going projects, including the avant-garde CCF
Training & Worship Center a 9-hectare worship center equipped with
a state-of-the-art audio visual features and ultramodern design. Not
to be left unmentioned is the iconic SM Bay City Arena an 8-hectare
sports arena the biggest so far in the country, located at the Mall of
Asia Complex overlooking the famous Manila Bay.

HISTORY
STRUCTBUILD CONSTRUCTION completed 23 medium-rise
buildings ranging from 2-storey to 10-storey structures.

STRUCTBUILD CONSTRUCTION finished another set of structures
consisting of 5 high-rise buildings, 14 medium-rise buildings and 2
shopping mall. These structures include major cities of Metro Manila:
the 33-storey condominium Alpha Grandview and the 25-storey Pan-
Pacific Hotel-Manila filling up the skyline of the historic city of Manila
and the 48-storey condominium/office building One San Miguel
Avenue in the heart of the Ortigas Center.
Year 2004
STRUCTBUILD CONSTRUCTION owned STRUCTBUILD STEEL &
CONCRETE INDUSTRY.
Year 2005
STRUCTBUILD CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION not
only grew in terms of number of projects, but also in terms of
expertise and credibility. In 2005, STRUCTBUILD CONSTRUCTION
became the first construction company in the Philippines to
simultaneously receive world class integrated ISO Certifications for
the Integrated Management System.

STRUCTBUILD CONSTRUCTION took another big step forward when it gained the
confidence of Robinsons Land Corporation, one of the Philippines leading real
estate companies involved in the development and operation of mixed-use
properties, office buildings and residential condominiums and one of the 3 largest
owners and operators of retail shopping space in the country. STRUCTBUILD
CONSTRUCTION took on the challenge of building 9 out of the 19 shopping malls
that RLC had developed all over the country.

COMPANY BACKGROUND
STRUCTBUILD CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION was started
way back year 1993. At that time, STRUCTBUILD CONSTRUCTION won several projects
mostly a Commercial and Medium rise Building in different areas in Metro Manila and
other cities in South. We are formerly known as one of the biggest rival in the field of
construction in terms of producing high quality structures and serving satisfied clients.
Because of the fast growing economy of the country weve started to compete for big
projects like High-rise Building Projects, Road and Bridges Construction and Airports
especially Runways; and also we stated Linking with different Suppliers for the expansion
of the company.
At this time, the various Infrastructures attributed to StructBuild Construction
total 13 high-rise condominium/ office buildings, 46 medium-rise office/
residential/commercial buildings, 11 townhouse/ apartment/ industrial/ low-rise
commercial buildings, 6 shopping malls, 3 hotel buildings, 2 institutional buildings, 1 site
development works and a sports arena. Currently, StructBuild Construction &
Development Corporation is undergoing the construction of 4 high-rise commercial
buildings, 3 medium-rise buildings and 2 shopping malls to name a few. Also, owned
Construction Supply Materials namely STRUCTBUILD STEEL & CONCRETE INDUSTRY and
Construction equipment total of 5 Backhoe, 8 Cranes, 30 Trucks and Others.
The most significant aspects of STRUCTBUILDs company policy are personalized
service, systematic planning, time-efficient and cost-saving construction methodology,
safe working conditions, and healthy working relationship which are all focused towards
producing high quality structures and better services to satisfied clients.

molded by Workmanship par excellence. In order to maintain and improve the
