Day 1
Arrive Tokyo
Welcome to Japan! After arrival at Narita Airport, you can directly to
Limousine Bus counter to reedem your voucher. After that you can
directly go to Limousine Bus stop to go to your hotel (if your hotel is not
mentioned in bus schedule, you can stop at the nearest bus stop).

Drive through Ginza: See Tokyo`s dazzling luxury shopping area from the bus, 17.10-
17.10: The Tokyo Station Marunouchi south exit (getting off on the way). Only as for the
getting off. 17.10-17.10: Tour ends at Tokyo Station (Marunouchi South Exit). The tour will
end at Tokyo Station. Please head to your next destination on your own.
17.30: Hamamatsucho bus terminal dispersal. Transfer to a hotel after dispersal at
Hamamatsucho bus terminal.
Day 3
Disneyland or Disneysea
Enjoy your day at Disneyland or Disneysea (please choose one), you
can go there by public transportation as your comfortable choice.

Sightseeing of Kyoto is conducted entirely by bus.
Nijo Castle
A UNESCO World Heritage Site. Tour the historical castle completed in 1626, which was
built to provide lodging for Tokugawa Shogun and as a palladium for Kyoto Imperial Palace.
[Remarks] Nijo Castle is closed on Tuesdays (or Wednesday if Tuesday is a national holiday)
in January, July, August, and December and over the New Year`s holidays. On these days,
the tour will visit Ryoan-ji Temple instead.
Kinkaku-ji Temple
Visit this World Heritage Site, also known as the Golden Pavilion. The wooden architecture
is covered in thin layers of pure gold and is surrounded by a beautiful lake.
Groups of 5 or more comprised only of Japanese customers cannot enter the Kyoto Imperial
Palace. If your group is applicable, please inform us at the time of booking.
Sanjusangen-do Temple
Visit the world`s longest wooden structure, housing 1,001 life-size statues of Buddhist
Kannon deities dating back to the 13th century. Kiyomizu-dera Temple. The view of Kyoto
from the World Heritage Site of Kiyomizu-dera is superb. The historic shopping lane that
leads to the temple adds to a wonderful experience.
Day 7
Depart Osaka
Free time until departure. The guest room is available until check-out.
For the hotel to airport limousine bus service (return trip): On their arrival
at Kansai Airport on the first day, guests will be given a return trip
limousine bus ticket (with a specified departure time) by the staff.
(Standard departure time is about 4 hours before flight departure time.)
The staff will not accompany guests on their return trip to the airport. Please make sure to
board the designated bus.

Airport Service :
The airport service does not apply to flights arriving between 10:00 PM and 6:30 AM
A staff will meet you at the Arrival Exit and guide you to the bus platform for buses
bound for hotels within Tokyo
There is no porter service, so please carry your luggage by yourself
After arriving at the airport, you may have to wait for around 60 minutes before the
limousine bus departs
If 90 minutes have passed after your arrival at the airport and you were not able to
meet with the staff, the service will be cancelled. Please note that in this case, refunds
will not be provided
For the hotel to airport limousine bus service (return trip): On their arrival at Narita
Airport on the first day, guests will be given a return trip limousine bus ticket (with a
specified departure time) by the staff. (Standard departure time is about 4 hours before
flight departure time.
The staff will not accompany guests on their return trip to the airport. Please make sure
to board the designated bus
The hotel room can be used from the check-in time to checkout time as designated on the
itinerary.

Our representative will escort participants to the platforms at Tokyo and Shin-Osaka
stations, but will not board the Shinkansen
Pick-up and drop-off are available from/to all hotels in Osaka city excluding those in
Suminoe Ward
On Day-1, large baggage such as suit cases will be transported by bus from Hamamatsucho
Bus Terminal to hotels in Osaka City. (One article of standard size luggage per customer will
be transport free of charge. Any additional items will incur at fee of JPY 2,200 per article,
which will need to be paid on the morning of departure at Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal.)
Baggage may arrive a day after guests depending on traffic conditions. Please keep this in
mind if you are planning on leaving Japan the day after the tour
Train times may change due to time table alterations or other reasons
If the minimum number of participants is not met by 7 days before the scheduled date, the
tour on that date may be cancelled
As the schedule of Sumida River Cruise will be altered during cherry blossom season
(expected period: mid-March early April), arrival time may be delayed.
Due to congestion during the cherry blossom season (mid-March - early April), the Sumida
River Cruise ride will be switched to cherry-blossom viewing at Sumida Park.

Sumida River Cruise may be unavailable without prior notice due to river conditions.
Changes in the itinerary will be provided by the guide.
The tour may visit Hamarikyu Gardens depending on the Sumida River Cruise reservation
time.
If the minimum number of participants is not met by 4 days before the scheduled date, the
tour on that date may be cancelled.
The location for lunch is subject to change due to venue operational circumstances.
There will be no tour on Feb. 28th (Sun.) due to the Tokyo Marathon.
If the tea ceremony room is closed, the tour will visit Meiji Shrine instead.
Children age 5 and younger may participate for free, but will not be provided with their
own bus seats and must sit on the lap of their parent or guardian. If a seat on the bus and
lunch are required for the child, please make a booking at the child rate of JPY 8,000..
On Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays, Kyoto Imperial Palace is closed. On these
days, the tour will visit Kitano Tenmangu Shrine. The same is true of the period before and
after the public viewing of Kyoto Imperial Palace in spring and autumn, May 14 - 17 due to
the Aoi Festival, New Year`s holidays, and whenever there is an Imperial Household event.
On Jan. 25, Apr. 25, Jul. 25 & Oct. 25 in 2015, and Jun. 25, Sep. 25 & Dec. 25 in 2016, Nishi
Hongan-ji Temple will be visited instead of Kitano Tenmangu Shrine.
On Tuesdays (or Wednesday if Tuesday is a national holiday) in January, July, August, and
December and over the year-end New Year`s holidays, Nijo Castle is closed. The tour will
visit Ryoan-ji Temple instead.
During the Jidai Festival on October 22, Heian Jingu Shrine is closed to the public and will
be replaced in the itinerary by Chishaku-in Temple. If the Jidai Festival is postponed, we
will follow suit with the itinerary change.
Please note that you will be asked to complete a form indicating your full name,
nationality, gender, and age before entering Kyoto Imperial Palace.
Depending on the number of participants, the tour will use JR train or a bus for
transportation between Osaka and Kyoto. If using JR train seating will be non-reserved, so
please note that seating is not guaranteed.
This tour will not enter Heian Jingu Shrine`s Shin-en garden.
