Nevada students to participate in the total event or Conference to work, play and live together for an
entire day.

Laws of the state of Nevada pertaining to tobacco on school property and at school sponsored
events must be observed and JAG Nevada Specialists and Staff are responsible for compliance. No
use of tobacco, alcohol, illegal drugs or weapons will be allowed or tolerated.

Respectful behavior and language with everyone is expected of all JAG Nevada staff, students and
representatives.

The program schedules will be followed for the safety of all individuals.

If the JAG Nevada staff believes that a JAG Nevada students behavior violates these policies, affects
our work with other JAG Nevada students or other students enjoyment, we reserve the right to dismiss

from the JAG Nevada event. We reserve the right to take appropriate action, which may include
students being sent home if they violate the tobacco, alcohol, and illegal drugs or weapons rule. The
student will also accept the consequences within the scope of the schools discipline policy.
