1.Introduction:-

We are one of the manufacturers of ROPP pilfer proof caps ( aluminum closures, lids, bottle caps) which is used in
whisky, vodka, wine, rum, brandy, gin, pharmaceuticals glass bottles, chemical bottles, food bottles etc.

Pilfer Caps:Pilfer Proof caps are meant to provide to the contents in a container protection against substitution,
adulteration or pilfering When a pilfer proof closure is removed it breaks away from a secure band of aluminum
which remains attached to the bottle. This broken seal shows that the bottle has beenopened.

2. Application of product &specification:-

Bureau of Indian Standards have not prescribed any standards .The PP caps manufactured should conform to the
requirement of the customer with reference to the sizes, designs, standards/specifications. We have size
available with us as PP 25 mm. We can also develop any other size based on our customer requirement.

6. Raw Material :-

The raw materials required for manufacturing aluminum PP caps is 1.3mm to 1.9mm thickness Aluminum
sheet according to customer requirement with printing &PVC coated Wads which are available at local
market @ Anand Parvat New Delhi.

7. Land & Building : -

A rented place with 2000 sqft. , area is required. The monthly rent is estimated at Rs.10, 000.

8. Utilities
a) Power: - The total power requirement of the unit will be 10 HP
b) Water: - Water is required only for human consumption.
9. Technical aspect:-

The proposed machine would work for single shift a day for 300 days. The total installed capacity of the
unit is 120 000 PP caps per day. On this basis the installed capacity will be 360 Lakhs PP caps per annum.
