General Managers/Owners

Job Descriptions:

They are the pioneers/founders of the business where they invest capital in

terms of money or an equipment and industry to create the business. They must also

ensures the policies and goals of the company that will lead to companys

prosperity.

Detailed Duties:

They must give the final decision in case there is a need of approval with respect to

the operations of the business.

Ensures profitability of the business through decision making.

Responsible for planning for the company through marketing research to identify

trends and potential markets for the products.


To decide benefits for its employees, provides benefit information and forms.

Handle complains and requests

Have to keep up with innovative products to remain competitive.

Operations Manager:

Job Descriptions:

Operations manager is responsible for the daily operation of the business. His

role involves overseeing the production of goods and/or provision of services to its

customers. It is his job to make sure a business is running as well as it possible can,

with an efficient service that meets the expectation and needs of the customers.

Detailed Duties:

Verifies and approves business transactions and related documents such as purchase

order, purchase requisitions, tape receipts, receiving report, canvass slip and other

supporting documents.

Develops strategic plan to achieve companys mission and objectives and to improve

profitability of the business.


He is also part of the planning stage together with the finance manager and the

general manager.

Ensures the quality of the products that will be offering to the customers.

Research new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.

Oversee inventory.

Controls time ins and outs of the employees.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College degree in Food or Beverage

Service Management or equivalent.

At least (2) years of working experience in the related field is required for this

position.

Required skill/s: Food and Beverage Managing skill

Finance Manager:

Job Descriptions:

Finance manager is in charge of the financial activities of the business. They are

responsible to produce financial reports, do investment activities, develop strategic

financial plans and long term financial goals.


Detailed Duties:

Acts as an HR personnel.

Verifies business transactions and related documents such as check voucher, petty

cash voucher, receipts, payroll register, cash receipts and cash disbursements

journal.

Providing and interpreting financial information.

Monitoring future cash flow and predicting future trends.

Formulating and strategic and long term plans.

Analyzing competitors and market trends

Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost reduction opportunities.

Manage companys financial accounting.

Developing external relationships (e.g. Auditors, Solicitor, bankers and tax

personnel)

Acts as an internal auditor and checks the work of the bookkeeper.

Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy/Management Accounting,

preferably CPA.

Must have at least (3) years of working experience.

Good level of competence in Microsoft Software.

Good in written and verbal communication skills.

Able to manage high volume workload.

Person with good moral character and integrity.

Able to work effectively.


Bookkeeper:

Job Descriptions:

One of the responsibilities of a hired bookkeeper is to account financial

transactions by establishing chart of accounts, defining bookkeeping policies and

procedures. He must maintain subsidiary ledger accounts by verifying, allocating

and posting transactions. He must also do the balancing of subsidiary accounts by

recording entries.

Detailed Duties:

Prepares bank reconciliation

Prepares Check Voucher and Checks

Maintains Journal for transactions

Update accounting records

Prepare special journals

Qualifications:
Ideal Candidate Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in

Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required in this position.

Required Skill: Good communication, good management and decision making.

Cashier

Job Description:

He/She is responsible for taking money in the form of cash, check, or credit card

from patrons in exchange for food or services. Scans items, provides change,

balances drawer, and processes card transactions.

Detailed Duties:

Manning the cash register and handling cash transaction with customers.
Scanning goods and collect payments.

Issuing receipts and refunds.

Keep report of transactions.

Provide useful information to the bookkeeper.

Acts as a petty cash fund custodian.

Prepares petty cash voucher.

Handles petty cash fund.

Prepare petty cash replenishment report and cash position report.

Qualifications:

Candidate must at least have a highschool diploma and enrolled in the business

business field in college for at least 2 years.

At least 1 year working experience as a cashier.

Attention to detail and mathematical skill


Computer literate, knowledgeable in operation POS machine and handling credit

card transaction.

Must be customer service oriented and with positive disposition.

Barista
Job Description

Baristas are personnel who are like bartenders in the bar but a barista is usually

found in the coffee shops. They are the one who do the right mix of coffee to serve

the customer. Their obligation is to create a good coffee that would suit the taste of

its customers.

Detailed Duties:

Prepares coffee for the customer.

Receive inventory form the receiving/ inventory agent.

Confirm and signs accepted inventory.

Prepares purchase requisition.

Qualifications:

Candidate must have a highschool or any vocational diploma.

At least 1 year working experience in the related field.

Kitchen Personnel

Job Description:

Kitchen personnel are the who are in charge in the kitchen to cook food for

the customers. They are skilled workers who give customers satisfaction.

Detailed Duties:

Set up working station with then needed ingredients and kitchen equipment.

Cook for the customers.

Create purchase requisition to be ordered by he purchasing agent.

Receives inventory form the Receiving agent.

Qualifications:

Must have enrolled in college, preferably Hospitality Management Course.


Knows how to cook many kinds of dishes.

At least 1 year working experience inside the kitchen or any restaurant.

Must be a Filipino resident.

Purchasing Agent

Job Description:

Some of the responsibilities of the purchasing agent is to obtain requirements by

verifying, preparing, and forwarding purchase orders; verifies receipt of items;

authorizes payment.

Detailed Duties:

Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list;

clarifying unclear items; recommending alternatives.

Forwards available inventory items by verifying stock; scheduling delivery.


Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining

recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from

requisitioning department.

Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers; monitoring and

expediting orders.

Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.

Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing,

and summarizing data and trends.

Accomplishes purchasing and organization mission by completing related results

as needed.

Receiving Agent

Job Description:

A receiving clerk is the person who checks and unloads incoming shipments at a

warehouse, a large retail store or distribution center. His/her job description entails
verifying that the correct amounts and types of items were shipped. It also involves

inspecting the goods in order to ensure their quality.

Detailed Duties:

Count, weigh or measure items of incoming shipments in order to verify

information against invoices, orders , bills of lading or other records

Assemble cardboard or wooden containers or select preassembled containers

Insert items into containers

Examine and unpack incoming shipments; record shortages and reject damaged

items

Route items to coffee department and kitchen department.

Examine incoming shipments to ensure they meet specifications

Operate lift truck or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to

storage area

Check in inbound inventory and administer the processing

Trace and track shipments to ensure timely delivery

Responsible for monitoring the returns process

Sort, count, identify, verify and track all material to maintain accurate inventory

records

Verify receipts and log them according to required procedures

Investigate and resolve situations where items received are not properly

documented in the daily receipt log


Recycle materials in the storage room

Perform regular material storage room audits to ensure that material is

undamaged and maintained neatly throughout the storage room.

Advise management of cycle count issues on a timely basis.

Ensure that all documents and material received in the storage room are of

satisfactory quality.

equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.

Obtains help by sounding alarms.

Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of

policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.

Controls traffic by directing drivers.

Qualifications:

Candidate must at least possess Vocational Diploma, Bachelors Degree in

Criminology would be better.
