V. Purpose
1.1.1 Learners are able to admire the order and complexity of God's creation while studying in
membrane transport mechanisms as a basis for understanding the bioprocess in the system life by
praying together before and after study
2.1.1 Learners had to go to class on time and follow the rules that exist
2.1.2 Learners are able to report data or information obtained with what the
2.1.3 Learners are able to have an attitude gotongroyong and responsibility in doing lab activities
3.2.1 Through the practicum, video presentation and literature review, learners are able to
explain pristiwa diffusion, osmosis and plasmolysis correctly
3.2.2 Through practical work, group discussions and review of the literature, learners can
distinguish the mechanism of active transport and passive transport correctly
3.2.3 Through literature review and or cruising the Internet, learners are able to explain the
characteristics of active transport and passive transport correctly
3.2.4 Through group discussion and review of the literature, learners can explain the process and
provide examples of endocytosis, exocytosis, and Na-K pump properly
4.2.1 Through the application of the principle of safety when conducting observation, learners
are able to carry out experiments of diffusion, osmosis and plasmolysis correctly
4.2.2 To understand the concept of diffusion, osmosis and plasmolysis, learners are able to make
a written report of observations and discussions that have been implemented diligently
4.2.3 Through group discussions, students are able mengkomukasikan results of experiments
have been conducted in the form of a written report properly
4.2.4 After compiling a report based on the results of the discussion groups, learners are able to
present its observations properly and responsibly
