Hi, Im Chad Hendrix, owner and broker-in-
charge of Hendrix Properties. Were a
small company that does big things.

Ive been a Realtor for almost 20 years. In that time, Ive
learned a lot about the rewards and challenges of real
estate. When I founded Hendrix Properties in 2004, I knew
I wanted to create a different experience for buyers and
sellers. I wanted to take all the things that work and do
them better: marketing, client education, technology...all
of it. I also knew that in order to achieve that goal, Hendrix
Properties needed to stay small and tight-knit.

To me, the only thing that matters is getting you results.


Really understanding your needs is the biggest piece of the
puzzle. I find that careful listening and total honesty with
my clients always gets them the fastest sale at the highest
price. I always like to say that the client and I work together
