2 Period of honouring certificate - 30 days from valuation date.
3 Claim for material on site - to claim 75% of the material cost without any further retention.
4 SSC do not provide as-built drawings after construction.
5 In the case that no such rates in the contract document for the day work rates, then the contractor must
allow a mark-up of at-least 15% for the day work rate.
6 Prices quoted are exclusive of 6% Goods and Service Tax (GST).

8 Due to ambiguity on drawing, we quote base on BQ quantity.

10 SSC not include the turfing, softscape, hardscape and landscape work.
11 We assume the earth level backfill until soffit of slab, SSC only start the work from soffit of slab.

Drawing indicate have fascia board to cover the roof truss but no item in BQ.
