Cambridges Italian Restaurant Adds Bright Flavors with New Summer Menu
(BOSTON, MA) [June X, 2017] Its officially summer time and Viale, Cambridges modern-Italian
restaurant, is spicing up summer palettes with its seasonal menu changes. Executive Chef/Co-Owner
Greg Reeves revives the already-flavorful menu with Italian-inspired items that are sure to refresh.

To start, guests can savor small plate options like Duck Confit Pizza with mozzarella, sage and Cipollini
onion, Drumlin Farm Salad with farm greens, radishes, snap peas, spiced walnuts and pecorino and
Grilled Beef Short Rib with smashed fingerlings, grilled baby kale and garlic chive aioli. The entre menu
embraces the warmer weather with Paccheri, braised lamb, arugula, almond and pecorino, Spaghetti a
la Chitarra with lobster, spicy corn and chorizo breadcrumbs, Tagliatelle with eggplant caponata,
toasted pine nut gremolata and ricotta salata and Buffalo Mozzarella Ravioli with chopped tomato, red
onion and marjoram. Additional large plates include options like Local Bluefish with eggplant pure,
zucchini, almonds and mint oil, Wild Striped Bass with farm spinach, Georgia peas, sugar snap pea salad
and yogurt and Wood Grilled Duck Breast with peach mostarda, roasted peppers, and fregola.

Pair the experience with a locally crafted brews, wine from Viales carefully curated list featuring
vintages of organic and biodynamic growers, or opt for one of the seasonal cocktails like Canary In A
Coal Mine with El Jimador tequila, Fino sherry, lemon, shiso and salt, Stars Are Blind with Pisco, prickly
pear, star fruit shrub, lime and prosecco, Jenich Julep with Four Roses bourbon, Averna, lemon, genepy
and mint, or one of Viales new summer Polar Seltzer Cocktails like Salsibury Spritz with the Polar
Mango Berry Seltzer, Aperol and blueberry infused Cocchi Rosa, or Hopeville Margarita with tequila,
fresh lime juice, muddled cucumber, mint syrup and Polar Watermelon Margarita Seltzer (both $11).
