1. INSTALLATION
----------------

You must have root privilege to install this product on the supported Linux
operating systems.

Run the following command to upgrade DigitalPersona Recognition Engine

32bit: rpm -Uvh DigitalPersona-fprec-i686-4.2.0-1135.rpm


64bit: rpm -Uvh DigitalPersona-fprec-x86_64-4.2.0-1135.rpm

This update is compatible with and needed for the following products. If your
product is not listed, please contact Technical Support.
- DigitalPersona One Touch for Linux SDK 1.1.0
- DigitalPersona One Touch for Linux SDK 1.0.0

Minimum system requirements:

- DigitalPersona One Touch for Linux SDK already installed.

4. RELEASE NOTES

This update includes the latest release of the DigitalPersona Fingerprint


Recognition Engine. The new engine brings the security to the next level while at
the same time allowing for the best user experience. The new engine has been
optimized to allow for improved security without compromising the user experience.
