YOUR SIGNATURE BELOW CERTIFIES THAT YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE CAREFULLY READ AND FULLY
UNDERSTAND THE CONTENTS AND LEGAL RAMIFICATIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS, ESPECIALLY
THOSE REGARDING CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, AND RESPONSIBILITY BORNE
BY TRIP PARTICIPANTS. YOU HEREBY RELEASE AND DISCHARGE Nomad Travel AND ITS AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES
FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE TRIP. YOU UNDERSTAND THIS IS A
LEGALLY BINDING AND
ENFORCEABLE CONTRACT AND SIGN IT OF YOUR OWN FREE WILL. YOU AGREE THAT IF ANY PORTION OF THIS
AGREEMENT IS FOUND TO BE VOID OR UNENFORCEABLE, THE REMAINING PORTIONS SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE
AND EFFECT. IF TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, YOU CERTIFY THAT YOU ARE THE PARENT
OR LEGAL GUARDIAN OR OTHERWISE HAVE OBTAINED AUTHORIZATION TO GIVE PERMISSION FOR THE MINOR(S) TO
PARTICIPATE IN THE TRIP. YOUR SIGNATURE BELOW ACKNOWLEDGES ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please review the following carefully: Payment Schedule and Pricing. We require the following payment schedule
for all our trips:  At time of reservation: $600 per traveler; special events and larger groups require 30% of total trip
cost  60 days prior to departure: Balance Any trips reserved 60 days or less prior to departure date require
payment in full upon reserving. If balance is not received prior to 60 days before departure, Nomad Travel may treat
the trip as cancelled. Cancellations and Refunds. If you have to cancel your trip, we must be notified in writing. All
money will be refunded in full, less the following cancellation charges, based on the date of our receipt of your written
cancellation notice, which can be sent by email, fax, or standard mail.  More than 90 days before departure:15% of
the total land cost  31 to 90 days before departure: 25%of the total land cost  15 to 30 days before departure:
50%of the total land cost  14 days or less before departure: no refund Partial Cancellation. Each trip is
customized to the needs and interests of your group. Trips are priced according to the number of people in your
group. If some of the travelers in your group cancel, the price for remaining travelers may require adjustment.
Substitutions. You may substitute travelers for the trip by completing and submitting an amended Booking Form
prior to departure. Each traveler is responsible for securing his or her own air arrangements.
Transfers. You may transfer to another trip, with different dates and/or itinerary, without penalty by notifying us of
your wish to transfer 60 days or more prior to departure. After that time, you are subject to the cancellation fees
outlined above. Trip Insurance. We strongly recommend that all of our travelers purchase travel insurance. Travel
insurance can protect you against baggage loss; missed connections; medical emergency, including evacuation
costs; trip cancellation; and trip interruption. Families traveling together, in particular, can benefit from traveler’s
insurance, due to the high investment in the trip and the increased risk of one person's illness resulting in the entire
trip being cancelled.
Documentation. It is the responsibility of the traveler to obtain any visas if required. Limitation of Liability. These
paragraph define our responsibility with respect to all of our trips. PLEASE READ ITCAREFULLY. Your payment in
part or in full for your trip represents your acceptance of the following terms and conditions: You acknowledge that
you have voluntarily applied to participate in the trip you have chosen . You understand and hereby acknowledge that
there are inherent and other risks involved in travel and you freely and voluntarily assume those risks. These risks
include, but are not limited to: forces of nature, including but not limited to weather; civil unrest; terrorism; criminal
activity; physical exertion for which you are not prepared; high altitude; any and all risks associated with food and
impure water;encounters with animals; consumption of alcoholic beverages and/or controlled substances; accident or
illness without rapid access to medical supplies or services; the adequacy of medical attention once provided; lost or
misplaced luggage; transportation failures; roads, trails, vehicles, or other means of conveyance, or hotels which are
not operated or maintained at standards common in the United States; or negligence (but not willful or fraudulent
conduct) on the part of Nomad Travel or others. You understand that changes to the planned itinerary may occur as a
result of local circumstances or events. You accept changes to the amenities, route, type of transport,
accommodation, and schedule that may be necessitated by these local circumstances and events, including but not
limited to mechanical breakdown, strikes, weather, flight cancellations, or other unforeseen problems. You agree to be
responsible for your own welfare, and accept any and all risks of delay, unanticipated events, illness, injury, emotional
trauma, or death. You understand and acknowledge that the services Nomad Travel provides in connection with its
itineraries, including transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurants, and other services, are purchased from
various independent suppliers. You understand that Nomad Travel will not be liable for any act or omission of any
independent supplier or any unrelated third party. You expressly agree that Nomad Travel, and its own agents and
employees, shall not be liable for any delay, inconvenience, expense, irregularity, bodily injury, death to person, or
damage to property occasioned through the conduct or default of any company or individual engages in providing
these services. Each of these passenger conveyance companies, tour companies, hotels, restaurants, etc., is subject
to the laws of the state or country where the service is provided. You understand that Nomad Travel reserves the right
to take photographic or film records of any of its trips, and may use any such records for promotional and/or
commercial purposes. Traveler’s Responsibility. Travelers are responsible for selecting a trip appropriate to their
abilities, communicating any special need to Nomad Travel prior to commencement of the trip, and for being in
sufficient good health to undertake the trip. Unless otherwise specified in the itinerary, travelers are responsible to
bringing the appropriate clothing and equipment for their trip. By forwarding the deposit and signed Booking Form and
Terms and Conditions, the traveler certifies that he/she does not have any physical or other condition of disability that
would create a hazard for him/herself or other travelers. Please note that if a trip must be extended or an itinerary
modified due to weather, road conditions, lack of transportation, political or civil disputes, medical emergency, or other
causes beyond our control, the associated costs including any non-recoverable costs are not included in the trip rates
or refunds. In such circumstances, it is the traveler’s responsibility to pay directly for actual extra costs in the field
(e.g., food, transport, accommodations). It is the traveler’s responsibility to make sure that all flights coincide with the
trip itinerary. Nomad Travel is not responsible for any forfeiture that results due to your inability to obtain airline tickets
that allow you participate on a reserved trip, nor is Nomad Travel responsible for any airline penalties or fees resulting
from changes or trip cancellation once tickets have been issued. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
