Define system
A set of detailed methods, procedures and routines created to carry out a specific
activity, perform a duty, or solve a problem.

Define analysis
a careful study of something to learn about its parts, what they do, and how they are
related to each other.

Define design
a plan or drawing produced to show the look and function or workings of an object
before it is built or made

Define Systems Analysis and Design

System analysis and design is a methodology applied in computer system to develop a
new system or to enhance a given system which can solve a given problem. Mainly
deals with the software development activities

Discuss the reasons why study SAD and give the importance to your degree program
Installing a system without proper planning leads to great user dissatisfaction and
frequently causes the system to become idle or not in use.

With the continuous emergence of technologies, companies also adapt to these

changes and leans toward modernization, thus, as an accounting student we should
familiarize ourselves on how to use SAD. A person who has a background and
knowledge about SAD will have an edge against others in terms of employability.
