Samaan v Zernik (SC087400) - as a whole, would be concluded by any reasonable person to be a pretense
litigation at the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles.
• The Clerk of the Court refused to certify it as a case of the Superior Court
July 6, 2007 events - were claimed as unique evidence of perversion of justice and racketeering from the
bench by Judge Jacqueline Connor.
• Ex parte application by “Non Party” Countrywide was conducted in a dark courtroom. The filing, listed
in the Register of Actions, was later eliminated from paper court file in the case.
• Motion fees were listed as “Journal Entry” – considered by accountancy texts as a cardinal sign of high-
level financial management fraud. The Presiding Judge and Clerk of the Court refuse to disclose the
ultimate designation of such funds.
• The proceeding was listed as “Proceeding not records”, and at the same time, a purported ruling was
recorded by Judge Connor, albeit, no Minutes were ever included in the paper court file.
• Such false on their faces, void court records, which may appear to a naïve reader as inadvertent errors,
were acted upon by Judge Connor as valid and effectual court records nevertheless.
