ABSENTISM WITHOUT LEAVE AND NON COMPLIANCE
OF THE SERVICE CONDITIONS

Dear ------------

In regard to our notice dated -----------, we are issuing an amendment

to the same. There was a typo mistake in ------------- paragraph where
we had inadvertently put the date of leaving services as -----------------
---. The corrected paragraph is reproduced as below. Rest of the
contents remain same.

You have been found missing from your duties without prior
approval or any written information since ------------------ and all of a
sudden, you have informed on --------------- that you are sending back
your Company SIM card and on confrontation from HR you
expressed your intention to resign and terminate your association
with the Company.

A copy of amendment to the said notice is retained in our office

records for further course of action.
