Greetings!

I have the honor to request for transfer from PALANAS NATIONAL AGRICULTURE
HIGH SCHOOL to FEDERICO A. ESTIPONA MEMORIAL HIGH SCHOOL or any other
school nearer to my place of residence for the following reasons:

1. I am a resident of Poblacion, Mandaon, Masbate;

2. I find it difficult to travel back and forth to my present station;

3. It would be economical on my part if I teach in my place of residence; and

4. The I am concerned with my safety since leftist proliferate in the area.

Being able to teach in the place of my residence poses a great deal of

advantage to the learner as it gives me enough time to prepare for my lessons and to
monitor my students instead of using the time for travel.

With the reasons stated above, I hope that this request shall be given
favorable consideration.
