Where should I file the UCC1? Birth State and Maryland and/or Washington DC, Forms here https://www.iaca.org

We recommend CUSIP research for your Birth Certificate, cusipone@gmail.com, and email him a scan of your
Certificate, with the transaction ID Attached. It takes about 1 to 2 weeks. (opinion CUSIP RESEARCH)

I. Order your Birth Certificate

A. Authenticate your Birth Certificate (Youtube or Google how to) http://www.lectlaw.com/def/a223.htm
B. Some argue that no authentication is required for the Birth Cert. (they might be right) You Decide.
C. I recommend an Heir Loom Certificate[-see video], with no further Authentication, if your from Ohio.

II. Recording a Document of Title: Deed, Affidavit, Trust (identifying Grantor and Grantee,) on Birth Certificate
in the County. DO NOT SKIP. * *Research where to record your Document of Title; in your County

Document of Title. , (or create something similar to Min220) [updated 7/16/2017].

(1) Affidavits of Title Attach the Affidavit of Title (.doc)/ Statement of Beneficial Ownership (UCC8-501) to
the certificate of Live Birth, retrieving a Page, Book, and Doc # from the County is a pre-requisite before
recording the UCC.

(2) Certificate of Title. Sample Certificate of Title . Make sure to include the verbiage required by General
Rules of Practice Minn 220 Birth Certificates, and secure the Estate (parcel # 12-345-67890); The Name is
the legal description for the Land which is the Body.

(3) By Annex, to Memorandum of Trust (.doc), or Certification of Trust. Which one to file, depends on your
state laws. Google to find starter templates and to research your local statutes to see if a memorandum or
certification of Trust is appropriate for your location. Samples found via google California, Ohio

(4) By Annex to a Declaration of Trust (Secured Party) (.doc) as part of the Schedule-A (.doc), and or other

IV. File your UCC-1 [updated 7/16/2017] w/ Secretary of State Notes [Secured Transactions Filing Regulations]
(1) The 8832 is how we certify for tax purposes the owner is a (foreign National) and shall be disregarded as a
separate entity, for tax purposes.
