JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT

I, CHU CHURUPCHURUP, 19 years old, single , residing at Purok-8, New Salem, Bayugan
City, Bayugan del Sur after having been sworn to in accordance with the law do hereby
depose and state:

That Fiscal POPEYE T. SAILORMAN is the counsel who conducted and supervised my
examination as a witness at her office at Provincial Prosecutors Office, Bayugan City,
Agusan del Sur;

That I am answering the questions herein fully conscious that I do so under oath and that I
may be criminally liable for false testimony or perjury;

1. Q. Please state your name and other personal circumstances for the record.
A. My name is. Chu Churupchurup

2. Q. Are you the complainant of this case?

A. Yes sir.

3. Q. Do you know a certain Gregorio Lisano Gorgonio?

A. Yes sir. He is my neighbor.

4. Q. Where do you live?

A. In P-8, Brgy. New Salem, Bayugan City, Agusan del Sur.

5. Q. Do you know Diosdado Vendor Vendee Sr.?

A. Yes sir, He is also my neighbor in P-8, Brgy. New Salem, Bayugan City,
Agusan del Sur.

6. Q. Do you live near Mr. Diosdado Vendor Vendee Sr.s residence?

A. Yes sir, his house is just adjacent to my residence.
7. Q. On July 30, 2015, did you notice any unusual happenings in the residence of
Diosdado Vendor Vendee Sr.? If Yes, state the circumstances of the
happenings.
A. Yes sir. On 12:00 oclock noon, I heard two (2) people loudly and
aggressively arguing in the veranda of the house.

8. Q. Where were you when that happened?

A. Im on the street adjacent to the house of Mr. Vendee. I can see and hear the
argument since the house doesnt have any perimeter fence that could
obstruct my vision.

9. Q. Who were the persons involved in the loud and aggressive argument?
A. It was Diosdado Vendor Vendee Sr. and Gregorio Lisano Gorgonio. Both are
my neighbors whose houses are just beside each other.

10. Q. What was the argument about as you heard it?

A. The argument was about land boundaries of their houses sir.

11. Q. What happened after that?

A. At about, 1:00 oclock in the afternoon, Gregorio Lisano Gorgonio left the
house of Mr. Diosdado Vendor Vendee Sr. sir.

12. Q. Were there any other unusual happenings in the house that day?
A. There was sir. Later that day, on or about 4:30 oclock in the afternoon, I
saw Gregorio Lisano Gorgonio, carrying a hunting knife, rushing to the
house of Diosdado Vendor Vendee Sr. and then, with my two (2) eyes, I
witnessed Gorgonio stabbed Diosdado in the back while the latter was
watering his plants.
