TheComplainantstatesthatthefollowingfactsestablishprobablecause:

YourComplainantisalicensedMinnesotapeaceofficerwiththeWoodburyPoliceDepartment.
Complainantoffersthefollowingstatementtoestablishprobablecause:

OnJuly31,2017atapproximately6:25p.m.,WoodburyPoliceOfficerKvamwasdispatchedtoWal-Mart
locatedat10240HudsonRoad,Woodbury,Minnesotaonareportofatheftinprogress.

WhentheOfficerarrivedshemetwiththeassetprotectionemployeewhohandedoveraMinnesota
identificationofthesuspect,NicoleJeanZuniga(defendant),DOB8/4/1983.Thedefendanttriedtopayfor
somemerchandiseandthenwalkedoutwithashoppingcartfullofotheritems.OnFebruary27,2017,the
defendanthadbeentrespassedfromallWal-Martstoresfromaprevioustheftshecommitted.The
trespasswasstillineffectonJuly31,2017.

Thedefendanthaspriortheftinherpastandispendingfelonytheftandpossessionofburglarytoolsin
WashingtonCounty,CourtFileNo.82-CR-17-1323.
