GROWTH STRATEGY
In order to achieve our marketing objectives, we will apply the market penetration as our
growth strategy through more aggressive promotion and distribution.
This can be accomplished by:
i- Increase in promotion and distribution support; making promotion and bonus programs for
the distributors in order to encourage them to sell more products and raise our product
awareness and finding new distribution channels in not already covered provinces
ii- product refinements: The Research and Development department in the company
are Researching latest LED technology reports in order to be market leader in terms of
development
