Muthupillaipallyam Reg.

We submit to state that the Honble Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry and

Pondicherry University has directed all Educational Institutions to perform Swachh Bharat in
Puducherry. As a part of this, we like to perform cleaning and conduct survey on toilet
facilities in and around Muthupillaipallayam. In this regard necessary approval may be given
to perform this activity in stated area. We also request you to give us convenient time and
date to inaugurate the cleaning activities.
