DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparing and monitoring of fabrication sequencing as per codes and standards during

environment. Formulates and develops safety policies and procedures with the help of the HSE
Department.

 Ensure that all the fabrication/welding/erection related records such as bill of materials, weld

by performing as per their recommendations.
Responsible for the planning and executing Hydro-testing of piping, after closing the NCRs and
Punch list clearance from the client.
Resolving technical queries to co-ordination with the client for site modifications and getting
approval as per the Standards and revised drawings also.
Check the installed piping components as per P&ID and reviewing isometric,
Support drawings and details.
Have knowledge in interpret drawings (P&IDs, General Arrangement Drawings,
Isometrics,...etc.,)
Preparing piping, valve, fittings data sheets, specifications and MTO from piping general
arrangement drawings.
Ability to make As-Built drawings and maintain all the revised documents / Close coordination
with QA/QC dept. for all concern Inspection and documentation.

Work profile is to scheduling the work, tracking the material requirement for the same,
fabrication and erecting of pipe lines, contractor line up and final payment, coordinate with the
consultant as well the designing cell of L&T for the modification of ISOs as well the G.A & P&IDs.
Monitor the contractor work as per the prepared schedule and supplying them the requisite
material for construction of the piping work of different unit of BF#2 includes BF- Proper, Cast
House, GCP, Pump house and the Main Pipe rack connecting all.
Co-ordinate with the contractor for the fabrication and erection of the spools of the concern
pipelines.
Checking of availability of materials for individual lines with the Bill of Material and marking the
availability in it.
Co-ordinate with the consultant person (Paul Worth) for the modification of the ISOs, Plans and
G.As that matches with the P&IDs and the revision control.
Monitoring and tracking of the tools and tackle used for the construction work.
To organise monthly programme for achieving the target.

Monitoring the Daily Labor Report of the contractor. Close coordination with QA/QC dept. for all
concern Inspection and documentation.
