How do you see yourself five years from now Sabihin mo lang dito yung gusto mong marating at wag naman sobrang taas na posisyon. Sample: If I am lucky enough to be chosen as the new (position that you are appliying for) then I can see myself five years from now as an efficient contributor may not be for our branch alone but for the our company as a whole. I can see myself as an efficient manager maybe not here in Cainta but for a different branch. I will be the kind of manager who will give my full support to my employees (Just like my managers here) in fulfilling their job roles by giving them the assistance that they need in any way possible and as much as I can. I will be an open minded manager who will always listen to the voices of my employees for our branch to display a harmonious relationship that promotes good work ethics and customer satisfaction. 3. Why did you choose to apply for this position Applying for this position may not be an assurance for me however, I am the type of person who doesnt want to waste any opportunity that is knocking on my door for I dont want to have regrets that will just add up to my unnecessary stress. The main reason why I tried to apply for this position is that I know that I have the skills and knowledge that I have attained in working for our branch for the past years that I can efficiently use to bring out the best results that anyone can give to you. 4. What are your strengths? I am type of person who doesnt give up easily for I know that there are many ways in resolving a problem. I dont just stick to one solution saying that it is a dead end. For me, to resolve a problem efficiently, you should be a logical thinker, open minded, creative and a hardworker which I all possess. I am confident that my skills are my selling point in this application. 5. What are your weaknesses? While Im sure there are weaknesses in my skill set, I cant think of any that are relevant to this role and if there is, that should not be an issue anymore as I have attended several seminars that helped my overcome my issues, which is why I am so excited about the prospect of applying for this position. 6. How do you overcome your weaknesses? The first step in overcoming your weaknesses is to acknowledge that you are not perfect and that flaws that can still a part of you. Weaknesses may be the negative side of you but dwelling with those doesnt really help you at all right? I what usually do is that I do not see those weaknesses as hindrance to my goal or vision instead, I use those weaknesses to improve myself as an individual knowing that I can still become a better version of me in the near future. 7. What is(are) your edge(advantage) among other applicants? My edge from other applicants are my competencies and skills relevant to this job and my willingness to work under any kind of circumstances. I am a fast learner, critical thinker and I can provide concise solutions based on my vast experience in customer service.
