ILAO, Director IV, Bureau of Equipment, DPWH, Manila, on the inspection of DPWH
Equipment conducted by the Bureau of Equipment (BOE) Inspectorate Team, last August 09
12, 2016.

Attached herewith is the accomplishment report supported by pictures on said equipment

units based on the findings / observations by the inspectorate Team on the upkeep and
cleanliness of DPWH Equipment in Region I.
