of new tax regimes, and special financing by the government. Successfully resulted in Kingdom executing MOUs with Global
Oil/Gas companies for the development of resources.
As interim President of US-based, indigenous African oil company, developed business plan, reserves valuation by DCF-ROI
and Option Pricing, and financing structure and solicitation for offshore Nigerian oil/gas project. Resulting pitch and business
structure attracted investment capital and funds for additional field development.
Negotiated, secured, and closed on a joint venture chemical project to be built in Shanghai.
Founding member of the management team that raised more than $40M in start-up capital from venture capitalists and
industry partners to launch an Internet trading and auction platform. Wrote appropriate sections of S-1. Continued in vice
president role, seeking out new technologies for auctions and information delivery at a time that new technology was
exploding.
Under contract from the IMF, created multi-scenario study of foreign polyethylene plant partnered with an IOC. IMF was
considering withdrawing from the project. The IOC bought out the IMF's share based on my valuation.
Developed cost savings and revenue opportunity analysis methodology for natural gas drilling and completions operation.
Defined and identified 20% savings opportunities and 20% incremental revenue opportunities across basin.
As Manager of New Business Development, used modified DuPont ranking system to manage a portfolio containing ideas
through projects, with total line and P&L responsibility. Accomplishments include technology acquisition that we refined and
completed. Personally securing $1,000,000+ in sales the first year. Additionally developed new technology for the product
resulted in a patent.
Won $30 million plus settlement as the only expert witness in propane trading litigation. Personally recognized by DoJ.
