VENDOR INFORMATION

The Viejitos Car Show will take place on Saturday September 25th, 2010 at the Show Palace in
Oceanside. Festival hours are 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM with last call taking place at 3:30 pm. The
festival will be held rain or shine. The Viejitos Car Show is a family event. Registration
deadline (office stamped or post office stamped) is September 10th by the close of day, 2010 by
the close of the business (5pm). Spaces are limited and applications awarded will be based on
completed application. Please read this vendor application thoroughly for vendor fees and
regulations. Applications will be reviewed by the Committee and notification given within ten
(10) business days.

Fee for Space is $35.00

The Festival Committee will not be responsible for any loss beyond our control. All vendors need
to have General Liability Insurance. The sale and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited.

VENDOR FEES (per space)

Vending spaces will be 10’ x 10’ in size. There will be a safety area of 3’ between each vendor.
Each vendor will be held responsible for the removal of their trash to an appropriate receptacle on
the festival grounds and vacate the premises by 6:30 pm.

The Health Department requires that every food vendor obtain a permit for the
preparation and distribution of food. These permits will be the vendors’ responsibility.

RULES & REGULATIONS VENDER


Set-up is 7:00 am-10:00AM
All vendors must;
• set-up in numbered space assigned - no changing spaces during the event
• show valid proof of certification in food handling and permits
• provide their own tent, tables and chairs (please prepare for the weather)
• provide large easy to read a la Carte posted menu with prices
• have own fire extinguisher
• Have a permit sales tax account
• Food items should not be placed on the ground
• Person handling food should not handle money
• Food handlers must wear gloves
• Gas grills are recommended and should be placed at the rear of vending space to avoid injury to the
public
• All non vendor cars must be parked in designated vendor parking area, not behind vending area.
food is to be available and sold until at least 4:30 pm
• For safety of our patrons, you cannot leave before 5:00 pm but should clear the area by 6:30 pm
• Due to stages of entertainment in nearby area: *NO INDIVIDUAL MUSIC CAN BE PLAYED IN THE FOOD AREA
• ALL VENDORS MUST STAY IN ASSIGNED SPACE
• Vendor must have valid Health Permit by the County in order to participate.

of the sponsoring organizations or individuals associated with the VCC FOUNDATION event. Not responsible for
theft, accidents or liability of any kind. I will adhere to and follow the rules and regulations as stated in brochure.
