    LIST OF EXPECTATION (CONSULTANT)

    1. Able to interpret technical drawing

    2. Able to use at least two different types of software use in design (ex: ESTEEM, Orion, StaadPro)

    3. Able to use AutoCAD software

    4. Able to design for structure

    5. Able to design for infrastructure including design on road, drainage, sewerage, water reticulation,
    earthwork

    6. Able to know process of submission to authorities for approval

    7. Able to carry out minimal work for taking off and BQ

    8. Attend for site meeting / technical meeting / project meeting
