Image Quality Guideline
PARAMETER RECOMMENDED

Number of images - 2 to 8 product images to be uploaded

Image size and - Minimum image display of 500 x 500 pixel and maximum 2000 x 2000 pixel. Recommended Product image display of 850 x 850 pixels
and above.
resolution - Image has minimum 72dpi resolution: product must looks clear, sharp and neither blurry, grainy or pixelated
- 1 x 1 image ratio is recommended
- Product should cover more than 80% the canvas of the longest axis
- Product image has white background

Product view in - Product should have front view display or a 30 degree angle view of the product. Front view of main product is clearly shown and not
blocked or covered.
image - Multi product, multi view and multi color products are allowed in the same image yet the exact product being sold must be
mentioned in the product name/ short description/ highlights
- Product should be unwrapped. Unwrapped products are only accepted for all categories as long as the product sold is shown clearly on
the package.
- Product is displayed in correct shape, no stretched and proportionate in image
- Product has no reflection of people or other objects.

Others - Image does not contain watermark, text, logo or graphics.

- For lingerie, underwear, sleepwear, swimming suit cultural sensitivity of the local region to be taken into account on case by case basis
to decide on model/mannequins or individual piece images.

10 Key Point to Focus
1. SPU Information *NEW*

A Standard Product Unit (SPU) is a collection of attributes (eg. brand, model) that are common
to a product across all sellers. Similar concept to Lazada SCs Master Product but SPUs can be
created by sellers.

Benefits
Standardizes and fills basic content attributes for sellers
Reduces number of attributes that require QC. Once SPU is approved, any SKUs added to
SPU will only be QCd based on seller-specific attributes.
Combination of SPU ID, SKU ID, Seller ID and the attributes can be used for automation of
multisourcing and grouping
1.1. Model *NEW*
Model is one of the mandatory attribute which contribute the basic information of SPU
Information.

This will help for future search of SPU information from database during product
creation.

Example: Electronic products have specific model number will help the seller to ease
product creation process by searching existing SPU Information (model).
This is easier and faster way for the seller to search the similar product information
from our database.

Products which dont have correct model number, can use this format to create the
model number for the specific products.

Level 1 Category can no longer be changed in Seller Center.
