The EMPLEX MPS Lite Portable Rotary Sealer

Using the fundamentals of our MPS 6000 series production band sealers, the MPS Lite is a
constant load machine designed for portable sealing applications as well as low production
sealing requirements.

At only 11 lbs., the sealer is light enough to carry and has been weighted with the user in
mind to allow for either portable or stationary sealing.

Employing a digital PID autotune temperature controller and a variable spring pressure system,
the operator can easily set the appropriate sealing parameters for their particular bag or material.

Whether you are sealing liners in a drum, looking to seal a small number of bags per hour, or
in need of a cost effective backup to your production sealer, the MPS Lite can do the job.
