Property Atty.

Abano

References:
1. De Leon book
2. Ingles Reviewer
3. Cases
4. Handouts

Take note of his handouts because they can be very useful. Say thank you every
time he gives them out! Sometimes when he is tired or rushing the lecture, he bases
the class for the day on his handouts.

Sometimes gives lectures.

Study the cases well because sometimes he asks for details.

Agency Atty. Obieta

References:

2. Arevalo Reviewer
3. Any compiled digests you can find

Sometimes his cases are voluntary. You can bargain for voluntary recits but do not
abuse it.

Usually focuses on the provisions then explains/asks someone to explain the

provisions.

Grammar and proper pronunciation are important. (contribute)

Takes note of absences. Usually only calls a student less than 5 times for the
semester.

Sales Atty. CLV

References:
1. Sales book (CLV)
2. Sales Outline (to be provided by CLV)
3. Crombonds Reviewer
4. 2D Digests

Book is not really necessary because it can be confusing, but it can be useful for
reciting cases because when he discusses cases, he does it step-by-step and
discusses cases like a process.
Crombonds is more useful when reviewing for exams because its straight to the
point. If you know how to apply the doctrines, you can survive on Crombonds alone.

Assigns cases to students before the class. So you just have to know your case by
heart if you are assigned, and you can just listen to the others recite for the other
cases.

Nego Atty. Ylagan

References:
1. Codal Reviewer for the proper order of the provisions
2.

PPT reporting every meeting (alphabetical order) with an exam at the end of every
meeting. No recits.
For beadle: Bring laptop and use TV for the PPTs.

Weekly exams are based on the codal provisions (she has her own order).
Provisions should be written verbatim so memorize as much as you can. You will
get used to memorizing with the weekly exams.

Midterms and finals are the same as her weekly exam with a few essay questions
added (refer to samplex).

Memorize the Lawyers Oath.

There will be a weekly submission of handwritten case digests (yellow pad). She
writes VG (very good) on some really well-made digests.

Credtrans Atty. DLM

References:
1. De Leon book

She checks attendance every meeting.

You only get to recite once for the whole semester so make it count. Only a few
people recite in class but recitations are long and book-based. She doesnt use index
cards; she just checks her list and calls who she feels like calling. Recit grades are
usually 95.

DLMs exams are usually multiple choice + short questions/enumerations. Study all
the samplexes, even the ones from the 1990s.

Finals focused on FRIA law.

For students who get low in the exams, she gives a report to make up for the grades.

References
1. Quizzlers (given by Sir)

No recits, just lectures. So midterms and finals are 50% each. Everything can be
found in the quizzler so know it by heart.

Crim pro Atty. Tranquil Salvador

References:
1. Olay Dyosa transcript
2. Ingles
3. Gutierrez Reviewer
4. Riano book (ebooks are available)

Only assigned cases for the first part of the semester (for jurisdiction, etc.). No cases
for the rules.

Focus on Riano for the first syllabus (jurisdiction, etc.)

Transcript is very useful in class because he asks questions that are not in the codal.

Spl Atty. Axel Cruz

References:
1. Codal (preferably the latest)
2. Cases
3. Campanilla reviewer

Focus on the law and cases for everyday recit. Take note of every detail because
he asks questions on those details. For the exam, you can use the reviewer.
