Sanitization of Online Exam Centre/Venue

I/We hereby declare that I/We have ensured that the following sanitization process has
been carried out on every desktop terminal to be used for the examination.
1. All Desktops internet connectivity have been disabled.
2. All Desktops have been scanned for any malware /Trojan/viruses and No malicious
program detected.
3. All Desktops RDC (Remote Desktop Connections) services have been disabled.
4. None of the desktop have any Remote Desktop Sharing software like Team
Viewer,Ammyy Admin, UltraVNC,RealVNC,AnyDesk, LogMeIn, etc.
5. All External Drives connectivity (USB & CD/DVD ROM) have been disabled.
6. All Desktop WIFI services have been disabled.

I further confirm that the above facts are correct & true and in case any of the above facts
are found incorrect, I shall be personally responsible and liable for any action which
IBPS/Bank may deem fit to initiate.
