Note: Upon selection for MPhil/PhD Scholarship, the applicant will be required to execute a
Bond with Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan to serve the university at least for 05 years
after completion of study and also an agreement/undertaking for refund of any penalty
imposed by the university in addition to the actual expenditures incurred by the university on
his/her PhD Scholarship in case he/she fails to return to Pakistan. During the currency of the
scholarship, the scholars will be entitled to stipend as permissible by the university. Scholars
will be entitled to salary and emoluments as faculty member upon successful completion of
studies and return to the university.
