Message From the Chairman

Dear Readers,

This handbook is made following an official establishment of Help Our

Community Club (HOCC) on 15 October 2014. The book is aimed at
providing brief information of the club to all members and public about
the history, structure, activities, and future plan of HOCC.

With the initiatives and strong support from students and alumni from
University of Cambodia (UC), HOCC is established to improve the ex-
isting conditions of our poor and vulnerable communities.

On behalf of HOCC, I would like to express my sincere thanks and ap-

preciation to all members and generous donors who have always been
supporting our activities to enable local communities, especially children
to get spiritual and material supports for their study and bright future.

Finally, on the occasion of New Year 2015, I would like to wish you
all the four blessings of the Buddha: Longevity, Nobility, Health, and
Strength.
