DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WE, spouses EULALIO T. DESUCATAN and ADELAIDA B. DESUCATAN, both of legal age,
Filipinos, with residence and post-office address at San Jose, Tanjay City, Negros Oriental, Philippines,
for and in consideration of the sum of THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php30,000.00), Philippine currency,
to us in hand paid by ANGELEYE BAROT, 15 years old, Filipino, with residence and post-office address
at San Jose, Tanjay City, Negros Oriental, Philippines, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged in full
satisfaction, do by these presents hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY unto the said ANGELEYE
BAROT, her heirs and assigns, all our rights, interests, and participations over that portion of ONE
HUNDRED FORTY THREE (143) SQUARE METERS, more or less, portion of the 1.0954 sq. m., or
undivided portion of that parcel of land known as Lot 2091 of the Cadastral Survey of Tanjay, situated
at the Municipality of Tanjay (now a City), free from all liens and encumbrances.

That our ownership over the above mentioned 143 square meters, more or less, portion of
Lot 2091 with an area of 1.0954 sq. m., is being evidenced by a document entitled HEIRSHIP AND SALE
docketed as Doc. No. 180; Page No.37; book No.III; Series of 2005 of the Notarial Registry of Atty. Roy
GS Lozano, dated June 24, 2005.

That we guarantee and warrant possession and ownership over the 143 square meters, more
or less, portion of Lot 2091 against any claims of third person/s.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereunto set my hand this 7th day of April, 2017 at Tanjay City, Negros
Oriental, Philippines.
