WORD FROM THE MANAGING DIRECTOR

Sourcing for foreign employment is one thing and knowing how and where to source it is another.

For the last five years I have been consistently fully engaged in the business of labor export, I credit
myself together with my team of having attracted over 50 job orders and having managed to export over
500 workers who are still working in different job portfolios up to date. This is no simple job mostly since
we only recruit for competent companies that offer our candidates the best jobs with high Remuneration
and world class employment standards.

Part of these achievements I got while working with other recruiting companies and this helped to
compound varsity experience with which I founded MIDDLE EAST CONSULTANTS LIMITED in
which am doing the job that I do not only like so much but also cherish and believe me the sky is the limit.

The kind of business we are engaged in requires protracted approaches that always require patience and
understanding from all stake holders if tangible results are to be achieved .a list of steps taken for one to
get a job is shown below:-
1. Our company must secure a job order from the prospective employer.
2. Our company starts the recruitment drive by advertising and receiving /registering candidates.
3. Documentation for all academic, travel documents and any other requirement as per job order is
carried out to generate a file for the recruits.
4. Training in line with the job order is carried out for all applicants to prepare them for interviews.
5. Medical test for different illnesses as per international immigration standards and job order is carried
out by qualified medical personnel.
6. Interviews are conducted by the agent of the company that generated the job order.
7. Contracts are signed by those who pass interviews and the process of visa application and worker
permits begin.
8. When visas are secured, then workers are transported to the company in the country where they are to
render their services.
9. Once in the hands of the employing company, the employers take full responsibility of the employees
as per contract and the job starts from there.

1.Conceptual orientation. This covers topics on capacity building, Patriotism and work ethics.
