are currently given:

tachycardia, and anorexia)

2. Adderall (Dextroamphetamine/amphetamine) Side Effects (same as 1)

3. Dexedrine (Dextroamphetamine) this medication is associated with sudden cardiac deaths Side
Effects (same as 1)

4. Cylert (Pemoline) Side Effects (same as 1)

5. Vyvanse (Lisdexamfetamine) Side Effects (same as 1)

The medication Strattera (Atomoxetine) is a newer medication that is used for the treatment of ADHD
but is not a stimulant. Strattera is actually a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor. Side effects are those of
the antidepressant group. The medication is associated with hepatitis and thus, many physicians order
baseline and periodic liver enzyme studies for patients using this medication.
