Hi Pat,

Kindly coordinate with F. Cura and LM for the inspection of our Fire Extinguisher (FE). Lets target to have
this done next week probably August 23 for F. Cura and August 25 for LM, you can ask the assistance of
the Receps to coordinate with the vendor but please monitor the progress. Lets do this regularly from
hereon. like what we are doing before in RCBC, monthly for LM and quarterly for F. Cura. We have a third
vendor for the FEs, will check first with DTSI on the possible frequency of their checking and get back to
you. Thanks
