Take the Philippine Law School Admission Test (PhiLSAT)

Registration online at www.cem-inc.org.ph/philsat
I. ENTRANCE EXAM
For those who failed to take the PhiLSAT due to justifiable & meritorious reasons, you may file an Application for Conditional
(for incoming freshmen only)
Admission and secure a Permit for Conditional Admission/Enrollment from the Legal Education Board.
(Please see LEBMO No. 11 Series of 2017.)

Submit the following requirements at the Deans Office (Rm 204, Professional Schools Building (PSB) for the schedule of panel
interview:

NEU-College of Law Online Application Form for Admission

PhiLSAT Certificate of Eligibility or Permit for Conditional Admission/Enrollment
II. PANEL INTERVIEW
2 copies of 22 colored I.D. picture
Photocopy of Birth Certificate
Photocopy of Transcript of Records/Certificate of Grades
2 Reference Reports from the Dean or faculty member of former school, and/or employer/reputable source (download form
here)

Obtain a satisfactory rating in:

III. DEANS ENDORSEMENT

FOR ADMISSION the PhiLSAT or Permit for Conditional Admission/Enrollment; and
the Panel Interview

Submit the additional requirements to the University Registrar:

Deans Endorsement for Admission

Psychological Evaluation and Interview Rating
Medical Clearance/Certificate
IV. CERTIFICATE OF ADMISSION 5 copies of 22 I.D. picture with printed name and signature of applicant at the back
FOR ENROLLMENT Original & Photocopy of Transcript of Records
Transfer Credential Certificate/ Honorable Dismissal
NSO-Authenticated Birth Certificate
Certification of Good Moral Character from last school attended and/or employer
For INC Members Patotoo ng Lokal
For non-INC Members Recommendation Letter from:
(1) an INC member; and
 (2) Locale Resident Minister of the INC Locale nearest to applicants residence attesting to his/her being a good and law
abiding citizen; and good moral character.
