ings taken by Sri A. C. Kandappa Pillai
as exfcut,ive authority of the Raja-
palaya~n Municipality prior to his
appointment as such.

AND WHEREAS it is necessary to validate all acts
done and proceedings taken by the said Sri
A.C. Kandappa Pillai as executive authority of the said
municipality on and from the 13th day of June 1941 to
the 23rd day of October 1941 ; '[It is hereby enacted
as follows :-I
