Introduction

TIBCO StreamBase(R) is a computing platform designed

specifically to meet the performance requirements of
high-volume, real-time streaming applications. In contrast
to the traditional database model where data is first
stored and indexed and then subsequently processed by
queries, StreamBase(R) processes the inbound data while it
is in flight, as it streams through the server. StreamBase
includes an enterprise-class, high-performance and
low-latency StreamBase server, TIBCO StreamBase(R) Studio, the
industry's leading full-featured Eclipse IDE for event
processing, connectivity to over a one-hundred and
fifty data sources and sinks, and management and
monitoring tools.

You are authorized to use the TIBCO StreamBase Standard

Adapters as part of the Licensor Software according to the
terms of your End-User License Agreement. The TIBCO StreamBase
Premium Adapters delivered with TIBCO StreamBase (all
editions), TIBCO Live Datamart (all editions) or TIBCO
StreamBase CEP
connectivity Package must be licensed separately prior to use.
If a TIBCO StreamBase Premium Adapter is not listed on your
Order Form, then you are not entitled to use that TIBCO
StreamBase Premium Adapter included with TIBCO StreamBase (all
editions), TIBCO Live Datamart (all editions) or TIBCO
StreamBase CEP Connectivity Package.

Effective with TIBCO Streambase version 7.6.3 (all editions)

and TIBCO Live Datamart version 2.1.3 (all editions), the TIBCO
Streambase (all editions) and TIBCO Live Datamart (all
editions) products include a copy of TIBCO(R) Enterprise
Runtime for R Developer Edition. TIBCO Enterprise Runtime for R
Developer Edition is licensed to you for Developer Evaluation
purposes only. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in
TIBCOs End User License Agreement, the foregoing license (i)
is for an unlimited number of Named Users, and (ii) is
effective for a term concurrent with the license term for your
licensed version of TIBCO Streambase (all editions) or TIBCO
Live Datamart (all editions), as applicable. If you require a
Production or Non-Production license to TIBCO Enterprise
Runtime for R, please contact your sales representative.

Effective with TIBCO Streambase version 10.1.0 (all editions)

and TIBCO Live Datamart version 10.1.0 (all editions), the
TIBCO Streambase (all editions) and TIBCO Live Datamart (all
editions) product downloads include a copy of TIBCO
LiveView(TM) Web Standard Edition. TIBCO LiveView Web Standard
Edition is licensed to you for use only in connection with your
licensed version of TIBCO Live Datamart and for Non-Production
purposes only. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in
TIBCOs End User License Agreement, the foregoing license is
effective for a term concurrent with the license term for your
licensed version of TIBCO Live Datamart. If you require a
Production or other license to TIBCO LiveView Web, please
contact your sales representative regarding availability of
TIBCO LiveView Web Enterprise Edition.
