INTERPRETATION OF STATUES

TOPIC: HONOURABLE JUSTICE AM KHANWILKAR- CASE ALAYSIS

ABSTRACT

Ajay Manikrao Khanwilkar is incumbent justice of Supreme Court of India and the
former chief justice of Madhya Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh High Courts, Elevated
to the judge of Supreme Court on 13 th may, 2016. He rendered so many judgments
with reference to different subject matters e.g. mining and energy laws, land and
property, criminal procedure, personal laws, service matters etc. this project is
confined to only subject matter of labour & industrial law. Researcher critically
analyzes the cases which are delivered by Hon. Justice AM Khanwilkar on labour and
industrial laws in the light of interpretation.
