Step 3 Select 'Previous Meter Reading' cell and input the value as indicated in the bill (light blue arrow).
Step 4 Input the value for 'Balance from previous charge (A)' (black arrow).
Step 5 Enter the value for 'TV Licence Fee' (green arrow).
