SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, DEXENNE CESAR M. ALIMA, married, of legal age, with residence and

postal address at 361B Upper Calarian, Zamboanga City, and legal guardian of
ALEJANDRA D. MONTES, single, of legal age, with residence address at 361B
Upper Calarian, Zamboanga City, do hereby APPOINT FRANCIS XAVIER D.
MONTES, single, likewise of legal age, with postal address at 361B Upper
Calarian, Zamboanga City, who is not a lawyer, to be as my true and attorney-
in-fact to act for and in my name and stead and to perform the following acts:

1. To prepare and sign all pertinent documents in my behalf in

connection with my application for Authentication of Birth Certificate
of ALEJANDRA D. MONTES, who is mentally incapacitated and is
under my legal guardianship, with the National Statistics Office or
now known as, Philippine Statistics Authority ;

2. To claim the aforementioned Authenticated Birth Certificate of

ALEJANDRA D. MONTES with the Philippine Statistics Authority;

3. To perform all other acts and things as may be necessary to the

above-granted authority so as to give full force and effect to such
transaction as I could have done the same if I were personally
present.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full

power and authority to do every act and thing in or about the premises to
execute and perform every act necessary , with power of substitution and
revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-
fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents
