SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

I, Bayani Aquino Jr., of legal age, single, with residence address at

Barrio Maliwalo, San Jose Tarlac, Province of Tarlac, do hereby name,
constitute, and appoint Emelinda Bernal Tankink of legal age, single, with
residence address at 16 Angeles II Pasolo Subd., Valenzuela City, to be my true
and lawful attorney to act for and in my name and stead and to perform the
following acts:

1. To request for a copy of the Transfer Certificate of Title bearing with

TCT No. 276861 with the Register of Deeds, Province of Tarlac;
2. To transact with the Register of Deeds of Tarlac relative to the
acquisition of a copy of the Transfer Certificate of Title
abovementioned;
3. To sign and receive any documents relative to the abovementioned
acts; and
4. To shoulder for the payment of any necessary fees for the processing
of the request for a copy of the said Transfer Certificate of Title

HEREBY GRANTING unto our representative full power and authority

to execute and perform every act necessary to render effective the
abovementioned powers, as though we ourselves, have so performed it, and
HEREBY APPROVING ALL that he may do by virtue hereof with full right of
substitution of his person and revocation of this instrument.
