Observation Report

During our observation in the class of Ms. Shiela Mae Darato, I observed that in her 3
years teaching English subject in Grade 7 she already knows how she can handle the
class and knows variety teaching strategies that fits to the multi intelligence learners.
Before the class begun she makes sure that the students pray first and arrange the
chair also pick up pieces of papers under the chair. After the daily routine, there are two
person stands and go in the front, I thought they will just ask the teacher but I was
wrong they are the recapitulate leader, not just reading there copy but the two students
make a creative way of recapitulating what they do last meeting. In just 3 minutes, they
let their classmates remember what they do through a game. I think it is effective
because the students enjoyed and easily remember what they do last meeting. After the
recap, a boy stand and read a story and let his classmates answers his different
questions that is related to the story and if his classmates or the one whos been
pointed to answer answers it right Ms. Sheila gave an points through recording to her
class list. I observed that the students is participative, I think it is because to the plus
pint given by the teacher. After that the teacher pick in her pot a name and that person
will do also just like what the reader of the story do. I think it is so effective in enhancing
the reading and listening skills of the students. After that Maam Shiela
