1. Keeping professionals excited about work that is routine and standardized and
chaotic is a major challenge for Vincent Weafer.How could he use technical,
human and conceptual skills to maintain an environment that encourages
innovation and professionalism among the virus hunter?

For Technical skills they provide security storage and system management solution.In
addition,its also has a specialization of work force.The work never stopped to
maintain an efficiency.For example when Zulhelmi Aidi’s team finished,Afiq Azis
took over,which handed to Afiq then to Nabil and back to Zulhelmi Aidi.

Secondly.,human skills.Its coaching and mentoring the worker.Not only that,its also
provide networking outside the organizations plus working in a team to combat the
problem.Futhermore,this skill also increased the work force and work was done
globally around the clock.

Lastly,conceptual skill using information to solve business problem and recognizing


the problems and finding solution.

2. What management roles would Vincent be playing as he


a) had weekly security briefing conference calls with coworkers around the
globe.
b) Assessed the feasibility of adding a new network security consulting
service, and
